Let's start with Mindfulness:

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing.

Why is this important?
According to Harvard University, our mind wanders about 47% of the time. Half of the time we are not present but worrying about the future or caught up in the past. However, clinical studies have shown there is a vast number of benefits for mindfulness.

What can you do?
